Honor X9c launches in India
The Honor X9c, which was first unveiled in November, is scheduled to launch in India on July 7. While the official pricing for the Indian market hasn’t been announced yet, Honor has confirmed that the device will be available exclusively on Amazon.in starting July 12. It will be offered in a single variant featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The Honor X9c is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1224p. It packs a 6,600 mAh silicon-carbon (Si/C) battery with support for 66W fast charging. Designed for durability, the device is IP65-rated for dust and water resistance and is built to withstand drops from heights of up to 2 meters.
The Honor X9c comes equipped with a triple-camera setup, including a 108MP main sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for added convenience. The Indian variant will ship with MagicOS 9.0, based on Android 15, right out of the box.
