The Itel A95 5G made its debut in India on Thursday, bringing a solid mix of performance and smart features to the budget segment. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM, and runs on Android 14 out of the box.
Fuelled by a 5,000mAh battery, the smartphone also offers a range of AI-powered features, including productivity tools and a built-in voice assistant for a more intuitive user experience.
In terms of photography, the Itel A95 5G sports a 50-megapixel main rear camera, while an 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls. The device comes in three colour variants and is rated IP54 for protection against dust and splashes.
Itel A95 5G Price in India and Colour Options
The Itel A95 5G has been launched in India with a starting price of ₹9,599 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The higher-end model with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at ₹9,999, the company confirmed in a press release. Itel is offering the smartphone in three colour options: Black, Gold, and Mint Blue. As an added benefit, buyers will get a free 100-day screen replacement. However, details about the phone’s availability are yet to be announced.

The Itel A95 5G features a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Panda Glass for added protection. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 14 out of the box.
Itel is offering a five-year fluency promise, ensuring long-term smooth performance. The phone also includes AI-powered features such as the Aivana voice assistant and Ask AI tools, which help users draft content, summarize information, and tailor messages based on context. The Dynamic Bar around the front camera cutout provides an interactive way to view notifications and alerts.
In the camera department, the A95 5G sports a 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. It supports 2K video recording, dual video mode, vlog mode, and more.
Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. For security, it features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock. The handset also carries an IP54 rating, making it resistant to dust and light splashes. Additional features include an infrared sensor and a slim 7.8mm profile.
