The Ultra model is powered by the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, while the Racing Edition runs on the slightly toned-down Dimensity 9400e. The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra features a 6.83-inch flat 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272 × 2,800 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. It boasts a peak brightness of 1,400 nits, a 3,840Hz PWM dimming rate, and supports HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and Dolby Vision for an enhanced viewing experience. The display is also TÜV Rheinland Eye Protection 4.0 certified, according to the company.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ octa-core chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box.
In the camera department, the Ace 5 Ultra comes equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor (1/1.56-inch, f/1.8 aperture) featuring optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture. On the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
